Frieze, a magazine I've long loved but never subscribed to, is offering some outdoor sculptures at Rockefeller Center. I find this midtown hub endlessly peaceful during pandemic, with its generous outdoor seating and empty mall. As soon as travel opens up, however, the landscape will change. I'm going to Vegas for Christmas (more on that later), but I will certainly go visit the tree and wander 6th Avenue down to Bryant Park, where the Holiday Bazaar will certainly be. I find the holidays so romantic, so pure in New York. It's unlike anything else.
